For Associate / Developer / Builder / Property Owner 

1. Associate listing fees made to redihome is non refundable and the associate validity is 3 year .

2. Property listing fee is non refundable and if it is decline by legal team, then 50 % of  listing fees is refundable within 7 working days.

3. Holding property is valid for 7 days ( a week ) subject to payment of holding fees made to redihomes and admin approval .

4.By listing property you agree to pay 8% + GST as brokarage fees to redihomes on successful selling of property listed by the Associate /Developer/Builder /Property Owner.

5.By Selling property listed on the Redihome portal, you would be getting 5% + GST as brokerage on successful selling of property by yourself.

6. Detail of enquiries would not be directly share to associate.
