For Associate / Developer / Builder / Property Owner 

1. Associate listing fees made to Redihomes are non-refundable and the associate validity is 3 years.

2. Property listing fee is non-refundable and if it is declined by the legal team then 50 % of listing fees are refundable within 7 working days.

3. Holding property is valid for 7 days ( a week )subject to payment of holding fees made to Redihomes and admin approval.

4. By listing of property you agree to pay 8% + GST as brokerage fees to Redihomes on successful selling of the property listed by the Associate /Developer/Builder /Property Owner.

5. By Selling property listed on the Redihome portal, you would be getting 5% + GST as brokerage on the successful selling of property by you.

6. Details of the enquiries would not be directly share to the associates .
